- Refunds may be requested within 14 days of course purchase if you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content.
- Refunds are not available for completed courses or courses accessed beyond the 20% threshold.

- Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 7 business days.
Fees for downloadable materials, resources, or eBooks are non-refundable once downloaded.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during the purchase.
